Terms of Service

Last updated · June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AZMUTHE website and Services, provided by AZMUTHE, a Veyri Labs company ("AZMUTHE," "we," "us"). By using the site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

AZMUTHE deploys and operates AI agents that answer calls and messages, qualify leads, and book work for service businesses. Specific features, integrations, and deliverables depend on the tier and scope agreed in your order or statement of work.

2. Plans, setup & fees

  • Each tier includes a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer, as quoted at sign-up.
  • Add-on services (e.g., advertising management) are quoted separately and discussed during onboarding.
  • Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

3. 90-day guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee on every plan: if, within the first 90 days, the Service is not catching leads and booking work that more than covers its cost, we will refund the monthly retainer fees you paid during that period. The one-time setup fee covers the build and onboarding work and is non-refundable. After the guarantee period, engagements are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. The guarantee assumes good-faith cooperation, including timely access to the information and systems needed to operate the agent.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and necessary access to tools (calendar, CRM, telephony, etc.).
  • Ensure you have the right to send messages to your contacts and to comply with applicable laws, including TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements for SMS.
  • Use the Services lawfully and not for prohibited, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

5. SMS / text messaging program

AZMUTHE operates an SMS/text-messaging program for recipients who provide express written consent. The program sends marketing, promotional, follow-up, and informational text messages, including inquiry and lead follow-ups, appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account or service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
  • How to opt out, reply STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carrier liability disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
  • Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to or use the SMS program.
  • No sharing of opt-in data. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data or consent is shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

For help or questions about the messaging program, contact hello@veyrilabs.com or (888) 412-9101.

6. Data

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For communications we process on your behalf, you are the data controller and we act as your processor; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

7. Intellectual property

The website, software, models, and materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for your business during your engagement. Your business content and customer data remain yours.

8. AI disclaimer

AI agents can occasionally make mistakes. We log, review, and recalibrate to minimize errors, but the Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for final decisions affecting your business and customers.

9. Warranties & limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

After the guarantee period, either party may cancel a month-to-month engagement as provided in your order. We may suspend or terminate the Services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? hello@veyrilabs.com · (888) 412-9101 · Miami, FL.
